Fulfillment Policy
Our technicians will come out to verify service at your address free of charge. If the service is suitable and the customer signs a contract we will install Internet at their location at that time. The customer will be charged within 3 days after the install for the existing days of the month and installation charges. Monthly service fees will be automatically deducted from a credit/debit card or ACH check on file between the 28th and last day of the month. The customer has 30 days from the install to cancel for any reason. After 30 days the contract rolls into a 2 year term with a $395 cancellation fee or the remainder of months in the contract. Which ever is less There are absolutely no refunds given for installation labor charges. The return of the modem including shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer within 14 days of cancelling. An equipment charge of $495 will be charged if the modem is not returned.
Customer hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Inter-Wave and each of its Affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs and expenses related thereto) suffered or incurred by Service Recipient or any of its Affiliates as a result of, or in connection with, any third party claims to the extent caused, in whole or in part due to lack of internet service. Inter-Wave may cancel contract due to provider terminating service at any time and adjust pricing is providers increase our cost signifcantly.
All customers who accept our service agree to these terms by virtue of giving us credit card or ACH information..
Refund Policy
All services are paid for in advanced for the month and no refunds are given unless we cannot deliver 5mbps on a regular basis and checked by one of our technicians. If we cannot cannot achieve 5mbps after three service calls and it is recorded by a technician then consideration for termination of contract will be considered. This does not include temporary outages by storms or system upgrades by the provider. There are absolutely no refunds given for installation labor charges.
